In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all m22bet promotions:

m22bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

Settlement of bets will be carried out in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, m22bet's decision, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error — including software faults, disconnections, or database errors — any bets affected by the malfunction shall be considered void. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m22bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, betting markets, or tournament results.

• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by m22bet.
• Hacking or Security Breaches: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to m22bet systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account under a false identity or impersonating another person.

m22bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these terms, m22bet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including winnings, pending investigation. Funds will only be returned where investigation confirms that the balance was not derived from prohibited activity.
